Okay, let’s start with some bald facts. We don’t pretend to be what we’re not. We don’t make out we’re bigger than we are and we don’t practice spin, pretension or bull. Neither do we take ourselves too seriously. Honest PRs? Who’da thunk?
But that’s the way we prefer to work. We don’t surrender our core values and beliefs in pursuit of turnover nor do we prostitute our expertise for the quick buck.
We enjoy what we do and work very hard for our clients. We behave ethically and with integrity. We subscribe to the notion that doing good is good for business and we wholeheartedly believe in telling clients how it is, like it is. We then develop and deliver communication strategies and tactical campaigns to help them achieve their strategic intent.
Our counsel is wise, honest, authentic and based on a combined 50 years’ experience in marketing and management communications.
We keep our small and not quite perfectly formed (but almost) communications agency small because we like it that way. Small is beautiful. Small is manageable. Small, in our case, means we are happy in our skin and that is reflected in our service to clients. We run lean and mean, buying in additional expertise when it is needed, and that is reflected in our fees. We deliver on our promises and that is reflected in our modestly impressive client base. It’s also why we’ve retained our biggest fee paying client for a stonking (for our industry) 20 years and counting.
Principal, Jools Payne MCIPR, leads on external communications and PR whilst Ian Payne FCIPD leads on internal comms and HR. We work closely with a clutch of highly valued, trusted and experienced associates, each with demonstrable expertise in their areas of specialism.
So if you’re looking for creative communications counsel delivered with a Ben & Jerry’s style twist and an extra dollop of chutzpah…grab your coat…you’ve pulled.
