We keep our small and not quite perfectly formed (but almost) communications agency small because we like it that way. Small is beautiful. Small is manageable. Small, in our case, means we are happy in our skin and that is reflected in our service to clients. We run lean and mean, buying in additional expertise when it is needed, and that is reflected in our fees. We deliver on our promises and that is reflected in our modestly impressive client base. It’s also why we’ve retained our biggest fee paying client for a stonking (for our industry) 20 years and counting.
