Jools is responsible for the strategic direction on all Client accounts. With 28 years as a communications professional under her relentlessly expanding belt, Jools provides the creative impetus and pro-active management across every element of Client work. Attached umbilically to the principles of hard work, creativity, service excellence and a biscuit a day, Jools applies one simple doctrine right across the business - do whatever it takes to get it done. She can be really quite stroppy when things go belly up. 

 

A former cricket professional with Surrey and Gloucester CCCs, Ian keeps his keen batsman's eye focused on all things HR, IT, CIPD and other quite important intials. Beneath this lifelong bon viveur's well developed sense of joie de vivre lies a steely intellect and razor sharp wit. Combined with an unflappable nature, the wisdom of Job and a huge capacity for off-piste thinking, it's no wonder Ian romped home with our Problem Solver of the Year Award in 2009. So disarming is he that we suspect he wouldn't wish us to mention he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and also an accredited Career Transition Consultant.

 

Victoria is our ferociously hard-working Account Manager. As bright and breezey as a light south-easterly, Victoria is your first point of contact on a day-to-day basis and runs our Client accounts as smoothly as the well-oiled Ferrari she openly and quite cravenly covets. A car loving advanced motorist and trained paramedic, Victoria is a real life life-saver - she knows where the biscuits are hidden and she can change the fuse on a plug.

 

Zara graduated from Southampton University last year with a well deserved 2:1 in English and Contemporary Film Studies. We thought this meant lazing about on the sofa with a big bag of Doritos watching sub-titled art-house movies all day. Zara protesteth not. We thought she protesteth too much...until we discovered it was actually a packet of Mini Cheddars. Happy to put that right. (She's actually incredibly diligent, smart and very funny - but she crumpled with embarrassment when we showed her the copy so we pretended to leave that bit out.) 

Anna's organisational skills are legendary and that's why she is our associate of choice whenever we have an event that requires meticulous management. She has been working with us for over a decade now and we still haven't worked out how someone who is permanently under such eye-ball popping pressure can laugh so easily, so often, so LOUD... and still deliver work of exceptional quality. We think everyone should have an Anna.
