Jools is responsible for the strategic direction on all Client accounts. With 25 years as a communications professional under her relentlessly expanding belt, Jools provides the creative impetus and pro-active management across every element of Client work.
Ian Payne MCIPD - Director
A former cricket professional with Surrey and Gloucester CCCs, Ian keeps his keen batsman's eye on all things HR and IT. Beneath this lifelong bon viveur with the well developed sense of joie de vivre, lies a steely intellect and a huge capacity for off-piste thinking. Ian leads our Business Partners division.
Victoria Crossley- Account Manager
Unremittingly tenacious and hard-working, Victoria is as bright and fresh as a welcome light Easterly on a summer's day. When the heat is really on this breezy bird rapidly adopts the guise of a tornado, juggling everything in the air at once. Entirely fitting for this lover of fast cars and fast results.
Zara Davies - Account Executive
Sadly we have to share Zara with Southampton University as she completes her final year in English and Contemporary Film Studies. We think this is really mean of Southampton as not only is she a ferociously hard worker but makes us laugh like hyenas...even on a Monday.
Anna Nouyou - Associate
Anna's organisational skills are legendary and that's why she is our associate of choice whenever we have an event that requires meticulous management. She has been working with us for over a decade now and we still haven't worked out how someone who is permanently under such eye-ball popping pressure can laugh so easily, so often, so LOUD... and still deliver work of exceptional quality.
Kate Allan - Associate
This ex-BBC Commercial Sales Director, journalist, facilitator and Equity card carrying actor, heads our arts-based training including the provision of hard-hitting, realistic media training. The multi-talented Kate also boasts excellent writing skills and does a terrific impression of Queen Elizabeth I doing an impression of Boudica...trust us, you have to see it.
Bryn Hughes - Associate
Bryn is a born and bred Welshman who lives in the Ceiriog Valley, North Wales. He is a fluent Welsh language speaker and is an accredited Green Badge Tour Guide for North Wales. Bryn has extensive knowledge of the geography, culture and history, both factual and mythical, that is second to none. Bryn has worked for The Jools Payne Partnership on numerous market research projects.
Chris Futcher MBA, MCIPD, MCMI - Associate
Chris has had a long and distinguished management career, much of which was with a major UK telecommunications provider. His considerable experience includes positions in operations management, project management and a variety of commercial roles. He has extensive experience of all aspects of people management. In addition to managing large teams in a line role as project manager he matrix managed diverse teams across the UK.
